Michaela Macharik is a seasoned consultant and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in organizational development and executive search. She has completed more than 500 recruitment projects for international companies in the automotive, machinery, aircraft, and food industries.
As Co-Owner of TopPeople s.r.o., Michaela has facilitated the placement of over 7,000 Ukrainian workers in Czech manufacturing plants. In 2017, she co-founded Time&Space Ukraine, helping foreign businesses enter and grow in Ukraine.
Having lived in Ukraine’s Lviv region for 10 years, she has developed deep insight into the local business landscape. In response to Russia’s aggression, she actively promotes Czech investment in Ukraine, advocating for job creation and economic resilience.
A frequent speaker, Michaela shares insights on business opportunities and Ukraine’s industrial future. She is a native Czech and Slovak speaker, fluent in English, and conversational in German, French, and Ukrainian.
